Booking rules
- CancellationStudio 7-day ladder:
7 or more days out: full refund, or full credit with a 5% bonus.
48 hours to 7 days out: half back and half credit.
Under 48 hours: half credit, or the rebooked amount less RM100 when we fill the slot.
Plan/member and repeat clients move free up to 72 hours before. - OvertimeYou get 15 minutes of grace once your block starts. After that, extra time is billed as overtime at the hourly rate.
- Cyc damageNo tape, nails, markers or shoes on the cyc. If it is marked, taped or scuffed, repainting it costs up to RM800.

Location & what to expect
Emporis, Persiaran Surian, Kota Damansara, 47810 Petaling Jaya, Selangor (Floor 3A). Nearest MRT: Kota Damansara / Kwasa Sentral. Park at B1, B2 or valet, full step-by-step in your confirmation.
2H minimum?
Yes. 90 min books as 2H: 30-min increments.
Parking and entry
Three ways to park: Basement 1, Basement 2, or valet. From B1/B2, take Lobby Lift 2 straight up to Floor 3A, exit, turn left, and the studio is right there. For valet, enter the mall from either side to the middle lift row, turn toward Gerai Heritage, take the corridor lift beside it to Floor 3A, exit, turn left, and we're right there.
Wifi, power and charging
AC, wifi, power and breakers, changing room with fridge, plus charging for phones and laptops. Please share your total lighting load in advance so we can test it before you arrive.
Smart lock and self-service
Once payment is complete, you receive the door code the day before. Let yourself in, shoot, and lock up when you leave.
