How it runs

three steps, one quote
  1. Share the brief.

    Tell us the shoot type, date, looks and where the images will run. References help, nothing needs to be final.

  2. Get dates and a quote.

    We reply personally with open dates and one all-in rate, studio, photographer, crew and retouch, no separate booking.

  3. Shoot day.

    Arrive camera-ready; we run the shot list we confirmed together. Same-day selects on larger productions, retouched finals to follow.

What's included?

Studio, photographer, crew on larger productions, and retouch, billed as one rate. Please confirm looks, deliverable counts and schedule before we lock the date.

Is the studio booking separate?

No. A session is all-inclusive; you do not need a separate studio booking. Editorial and brand days run at our Kota Damansara studio.

When do I receive the photos?

Same-day selects for review on larger productions; retouched finals follow within the agreed turnaround. Exact counts are confirmed in your quote.

How fast do you reply?

Every enquiry is answered personally with available dates and a full quote. For urgent dates, email us with your shoot date in the subject line.

Payment and rescheduling?

Payment is due in full at booking to confirm your date. Cancel 14 or more days out for a full refund, 7 to 14 days out for full 12-month studio credit. 48 hours to 7 days out, half back and half credit. Under 48 hours, half credit and half forfeited. Plan/member and repeat clients can move their day free up to 72 hours before.

How should we prepare?

Send references, outfits and product ahead; arrive camera-ready. We confirm the shot list together before the day so nothing is improvised on your time.
